User does not exist when configuring Sharepoint Report Services

1. Installing in a vm which is running Windows Server 2003
2. Installed SQLServer 2005 with reporting services
3. Installed ServicePack 2
4. Installed SharePoint 2003
5. Configured SSRS per (Installation/Configuration Guide for SharePoint Integration Mode) by Raju Sakthivel Architect
6. Installed SharePoint Report Services Add-in
7. When to SharePoint 2003 Admin Central
   a. Reporting Administration
   i. Grant Database Access
   1. Username, password - used login (part of Local Admin Group) - username doesn't exist.

Need help figuring out this issue!

• (We are using MOSS 2007, so sorry about that, I was just confused when I said we were running SharePoint 2003, that was wrong) but I am using Windows Server 2003, I got it all working! Now I am ready to deploy it out to our clients, but my boss has a great question, which I don't know, maybe you could help me. Do you have to have any Service Packs with Windows Server 2003, or can my setup work without any Service Packs. OK, I know you have to have SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2, but can you also have Service Pack 3?
