How to run Patch Program from CPanel?

I have a .diff file, that I want to apply to my website. But I don't know how to run patch program from cpanel.

Any ideas?

• Download files, apply patch, upload files. Crude, but that's how it's done. You can't apply it on the server unless you have some sort of access to a shell.
